The impeccable wine making skills of Eric fabre (former technical director at Chateau Lafite) are much in evidence with this latest release from his Languedoc estate.
A savoury, complex and full-flavoured blend of bourboulenc, grenache, roussanne and marsanne, it's a great alternative to chardonnay and spot on with soft cheeses. The equivalent red is equally rewarding.
